Mothers of disappeared people from states of Coahuila, Nuevo León, Chihuahua, Guanajuato, Veracruz, Querétaro, Jalisco, Estado de México and Mexico City made the "Second March of Dignity" on May 10th, 2013, Mothers Day, to the Angel de la Independencia demanding results on the investigations. Human Rights Watch reported on February 2013 that, in 149 from 250 documented cases, state agents were involved during the administration of ex-president Felipe Calderón.
